How do I get my pet / item?

1) Add the item(s) you want to shopping cart and complete checkout

2) Type your Roblox username in the live chat

3) Accept our friend request and join the game, so that we can trade your items to you

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most of the time you can receive your order within a few minutes.  Send a message on the live chat anytime prior to ordering to make sure we are actively online.

How do I get a discount code?

Simply type your email address on the live chat and the bot will automatically generate a discount code for you.  (Or you can always ask us if we have an active discount you can use)
